McPherson Buyers Agency (‘McPherson’) hold Real Estate Licences under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (Licence numbers: 20520983 & 20517022). It is in the business of:

· Strategising property purchases for buyers including residential, rural and commercial properties;

· Researching and finding properties within the scope of the buyer’s instructions;

· Negotiating purchases of properties;

· Advising on potential terms and conditions for the purchase of properties.

This site is designed to provide information to potential participants in the property market. It’s also designed to assist clients of McPherson.

ENGAGEMENT

McPherson is not your representative for the purchase of property until you have executed a Buyer’s Agency Agreement with McPherson. By using this site, you are not bound by and terms and conditions that relate to the appointment of McPherson as a Buyer’s Agent.
