McPherson Buyers Agency adopts in its entirety the Australian Privacy Principles (APP). Specifically, McPherson Buyers Agency will:

1. Only collect information that is in the legitimate interest of its clients.

2. Provide access to all clients to any information held and undertake to amend such information where it is inaccurate.

3. Ensure all information is stored securely.

4. Ensure that all employees or contractors enter into agreements to ensure that its clients’ private information is retained securely.

5. Not release any information held without the consent of the client.

6. Release information to all government instrumentalities only where law requires.

Clients provide consent to McPherson Buyers Agency using specific information to promote its business after assisting clients to purchase a property. This information includes:

· A description of the work undertaken;

· The suburb in which the property was purchased;

· The benefits obtained from the purchase.

McPherson Buyers Agency will only refer to the client by name where the client has provided consent or an audio or video testimonial.

Clients acknowledge that McPherson Buyers Agency has adopted and complies with the standards set out in the Australian Privacy Principles.
